"I visited this State Farm office as I had State Farm in the past when I lived in another state. My current insurance carrier sent me a renewal notice showing an unrealistic increase in rates considering no accidents or claims for several years. I met with Melissa A. and she duplicated my current coverage, made some suggestions and quoted me a rate far closer to my expectations. I appreciate the time that she met with me and I compliment her for not trying to sell me a policy; in stead she discussed my wants and thoughts and then came back with suggestions. It was a relaxed environment without any hard sell or pressure. I look forward to a long relationship with State Farm."
